Bad experience with their park and ride service on my return to UK on 25/02/2020. I rang their contact number several times with no response. I felt tired or ringing them and I decided to use Uber from Heathrow terminal 2 to their office and I was charged £25.26
On my arrival at their office. The guy at the reception told yeah their contact number has changed and a text was sent out to notify all customers which I did not received. I spoke their manager which she mentioned her name as (Kan). She promised to refund the money I paid for Uber and requested that I should emailed her Uber receipt which I did as soon as I received it via email. After I left their office then someone from their office started sending some text messages of changes to their contact number as claimed earlier.
I emailed Kan and sent messages to them on 26/02/2020 and no one has respond and kept silent. I realised that this people are not capable and not up to standard enough to provide services they charged me for and people should be very careful and consider use another company instead of Airtime parking .
