I’ve enjoyed using this rod. It replaces a loop rod that broke and they had no replacement for. I caught some 20 plus inch brown trout this week and it handled them well. Enough backbone but still pretty fun. It felt like a medium priced rod, similar to others I have, but not even close to my upper priced Hardys and Scott’s. I took a star off because at this price it should have a hook loop and I think it’s a little over priced for what you get. Nice rod though.
