Since I purchased my loop wheels Urban in the summer of 2020 they have completely revolutionised the way I use my wheelchair. I now feel more comfortable using my wheelchair and going for long pushes. The wheels mean I am able to ride in comfort and they also enable me to propel more quickly with less effort. I find the wheels sort of glide over surfaces and I hardly notice vibration or uneven surfaces now. I also feel I am able to propel more independently now and do not require anywhere near as much support. Finally even though my loop wheels are not the off road type I find I am able to go on uneven surfaces and short grass with more ease. To top it off the customer service I received was first class, Gemma spent 2 hours going through various options and setups with me and I know if I have any problems I can contact the team straight away. I would recommend Loop Wheels to anyone.
