Buyer beware when ordering online from Lord and Taylor. I purchased an evening gown which arrived on February 5. I requested a return on February 20 because the size 2 dress was too large. Their customer service claimed my purchase was a final sale and I should have read the product details more closely. The web page claimed TRUE TO SIZE and the model was quite tall and slim so difficult to gauge how the dress would fit. Return policy is too restrictive with marketing language that is too misleading to ever purchase from this store. I do not recommend.
