On 2/17 I ordered a purple turtleneck. On 2/20 I received a brown & white patterned shirt which I did not order! On 2/21 they promised to refund the return shipping and "We will process a separate refund after we receive the item in our warehouse and after we process the return." It is now 3/27 and all I have received is the refund on the shipping. NEVER SHOP here, no matter how good the price appears to be. They take your money & never send what was ordered!
