Overpriced for the quality, really unhelpful customer service approach/decision making - wastes time and is there to save them money rather than actually help the customer.
Avoid trading with this business.
You can get the same products elsewhere much cheaper.
Live chat is a dumb system, had a problem with the product and immediately got pushed to an email address. Why even have it if you can’t address a problem?
