Products are great and really nice, dog loves them, look great in our home and very high quality (in line with the price). HOWEVER, when they say things are in stock online (and standard shipping takes 3-5 days) I'm not sure thats accurate and truthful. We've had three orders with them now, and each one (including the one we're currently waiting for) has been delayed due to stock issues. Most recent is a dog bed I ordered when it was 'in-stock' online, almost a month ago. Was then told it would be shipped last week (after several emails and a phone call), followed up end of week after no shipping updates/zero comms to be told it is "set to leave us today". Still no shipping updates come Monday, so I called L&L where they said they now needed to check-in with the sewing team (which does not sound like the order is even finished and they don't actually have it, let alone ready to ship). Its pretty awful to spend £170 on a dog bed and harness thats "in-stock" on a 3-5 shipping time and the reality is that its not in stock, its not even made, but they now have my money. Appreciate issues happen with suppliers and the like, but it only takes 5 mins to update a stock level on an inventory system to something accurate and I would have gone somewhere out. Feels a little deceptive.
