Usually I don't write reviews but this is an exception. I ordered puma gloves for a friend as a birthday gift. The website is easy to use and the order process was quick so I cant fault that. However, i ordered on the 7th of February 2014, its now the 5th of March 2014 and it has still not been delivered. I have emailed customer services a number of times but since lordsonline outsource this service to another company called Direct2fans, I knew I would not get a straight answer about when my item will arrive. They did reply quickly stating that they will try to get an update from lords ground to find out why there has been a delay. The reason I'm reviewing the service as poor is because if there was a delay I should have been notified. It states on the website that the customer will receive an email if goods can't be delivered within the 7 days. I didn't get any correspondence from the company. I had to email myself to find out why my gloves haven't arrived. Anyway on the 25th February, they emailed back saying it should reach me 16 days. In my opinion this is a huge disappointment and I'm very unsatisfied because lordsonline did not even try to contact the customer about the obvious delay in delivery. At least I could've prepared for it. I will not be ordering from here again and I will not recommend to anyone else. Unless you like to kept out of the loop of the delivery and wish to wait over a month!
