My thanks to those at Lords who have assisted my wife & I in arranging our day on 11 May. Following my initial email I received a telephone call, here in Sydney, from your Helena Sundarajoo who was extremely helpful and sent our vouchers etc by return email. Subsequently Laurie Thompson has been terrific in follow-up and arranging for the ticket pacakage to be sent to our London hotel on our arrival there on 9 May. As I said to Laurie in my last email, for a lifelong cricket lover, Lords has always been on my 'Bucket List' and am really looking forward to the day.
