first time i have used to on line shop, i purchased tour tickets, although i had four attempts at it, when i completed giving all my details i kept getting a message that my transaction could not be completed, eventually i rang and spoke to a very nice lady who told me that my purchase had been completed and appologised for the system giving me the in correct information. She then checked my previous attempt only to find i had got 6 tickets that i didnot need all my transactions had worked but i had got the same no transaction message, she then cancelled all but my latest transaction, all in all i was very pleased with the way she dealt with this . best regards Beverley Turner I am sure i will be a returning customer
