The second point is: requirement for the physical ticket to do the tour should be done away with. You should accept tickets printed out from the website booking as proof instead of physical tickets to be delivered. Because of physical tickets requirement, there is a 5 to 10 day wait for the ticket to be delivered to do the tour which can be completely avoided
