Some of the items arrived covered in some sort of dust. I was also told an item I had purchased on preorder was for valentines day no longer going to be available until the end of February. Then when it didn't arrive I was told that it wouldn't be in stock until summer 21 but I had already paid for it. It finally turned up last week out of the blue. But on the plus side the items are well packaged and good quality.
