I ordered 4 things from Lost Universe. Two of them delivered by LU and two delivered from one of their partner companies. The two delivered from their partner were snapback caps that were delivered in a bag, squashed and out of shape, one visor is permanently bent out of shape. I am giving LU 3 stars as their deliver was fine but they need to have a word with their partner company about how to deliver items as this was unacceptable.
