I placed an order in the amount of nearly $40 at the beginning of December 2024. They have never sent my products. They’ve had my money this whole time. They refuse to respond. I have sent multiple emails and I’ve gotten zero response. I have also notified Shop Pay. No response from them either. This is terrible that we live in a society where a company can take your money and just never send you the product that you ordered.
