Ich hatte damals eine Yogamatte aus Kork bestellt. Diese kam leider etwas zerdatscht und geknickt bei mir an. Daraufhin habe ich den Kundenservice angeschrieben und ohne Probleme eine neue Matte erhalten. Ich muss wirklich sagen der Kundenservice ist 1A ! Versand ist super schnell und die Yogamatte ist einfach ein Traum. Habe meiner Freundin jetzt mal eine andere zum Geburtstag geschenkt, mal sehen wie fasziniert sie sein wird! Dickes fettes Lob an das komplette Team!
