Dreadful company, dreadful attitude. They were given a laptop to re-image, and they locked it down. When they were asked to unlock it, they refused because they had very recently been kicked off the support contract. Seemingly sour grapes blended with sheer unprofessionalism.
If you're an organisation thinking about IT support, imagine that this will be your outcome when you terminate their contract, before contracting to Lourdes. Truly abysmal.
