Extremely pleased with the book and customer service. I was very worried I wouldn't have my book in time for a Christmas gift. It was lost in the shipping process according to tracking. When I sent an email explaining this, the customer service rep Holly answered my email promptly and decided to reprint my order and send it rush shipping so I would have it before Christmas. December 23rd and the reprint arrived in time.... a day after the original finally showed up. Needless to say, I now have an extra copy. But I am very pleased with how easy the process was from the beginning. I give my two thumbs up to love book. A truly unique gift to give.
