First, let me talk about their AMAZING customer service. I purchased my book on Black Friday. It was shipped out on Dec 3rd, and then vanished in New Jersey. I emailed LoveBook and UPS. UPS basically told me there was nothing they could do. LoveBook, on the other hand, responded immediately that they would reprint the book and rush ship it to me so I would get it in time for Christmas. No questions asked! I was relieved and grateful for their exceptional professionalism. Second, the book I ordered was very good quality.
