Excellent customer service. Made me feel taken care of and valued as a customer. My package went missing after a lot of hard work creating this special book. It was within a few weeks of Christmas so it was stressful. Jen in customer service immediately helped me. After determining the package went missing, she had a new book printed and shipped at fastest speed, with no fuss, no push back, no difficulties. She also made sure I had access to a digital copy of the book in case it didn't arrive on time. The book ended up arriving several days before Christmas. That kind of customer service gives me great reason to recommend this book and company to others. In addition to that, the book is great quality and just so cute. I really enjoyed the process of making it.
