My package got lost in the transition between UPS and the USPS. UPS tracking stated that the package was handed over to one of the local post offices. However, I submitted an online request to USPS and the local post office called me the next day. The USPS representative informed me that they never received the package according to their records. I then followed up and sent a message to LoveBook and got a reply the next day. Low and behold, LoveBook acknowledged the package was lost and they are sending me another one with expedited shipping. Now that is customer service and what brings people back for more!
