The finished product I got, was exactly what I was expecting! The customer service was helpful and extremely accommodating! The only negative comment I have was that there is very little communication between the customer and LoveBook on their side. My book did not pass their quality test, which okay I’d rather them remake it then send me something faulty or not up to standard, but there was zero communication regarding the issue. It was only when I reached out to them to figure out why my book had been in packaging for 4 days, that I was told about the issue. Just more communication between them and the customer is needed! Overall, I was extremely happy with what I received and it was exactly what I wanted! Thank you for making a fantastic one year anniversary gift for my boyfriend, he loved it!
