Very easy to maneuver website and create the book. Received e-mail of shipment confirmation. However, after 2 days my tracking number showed no signs of shipment. Spoke to rep who determined package was picked up, just not scanned into delivery companies system. Company reprinted and overnighted book to make sure I had it in time for Christmas! The book was excellent quality!
