This was the second book I had made with Lovebook. It really is a cool product and in my opinion, the best thing about it is individualizing my books. I don't use the remade pages. Instead, I delete them and make my own, reminding my husband of fun things we've done together. The books I've had made for him were quite time consuming, but worth it! I've made pictures of our farm and have our dogs in almost all the pages. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is twofold: The support with this service is basically nonexistent. If you email a question, you get a form letter that doesn't even address the topic you'd addressed. You're on your own. And, secondly, the first book I made was probably almost three years ago. I couldn't see much updated. There's so much potential here! At LEAST update the clothing choices! And add more objects. It would be GREAT if we could turn the figures - rotate them so the people (and objects) don't always have to face the front. I'd make books for my friends, my kids - lots of books if there were more options for objects and clothing!!
