My network provider wanted a large sum of cash to fix the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S5, it was such a high price that it wasn't far off from buying a new handset. On top of that they wanted up to a week to do it and I would also have to restore my apps and settings from a backup that I would have had to take before sending it off.
