I called up on the day to book an appointment. I was told I could drop in anytime, as I was not local this was ideal for me as I wasn't sure how long it would take me to travel to that part of London. Ideally located next to a underground station and easy to find. Upon entering the shop I was greeted by two members of staff and quickly explained the problem (in this case I needed a battery replacement) I was told the service would take 10-15 minutes and it did! Excellent service! I previously had my screen replaced by a different company and a member of staff at love phone was kind of enough to point out that there are a few pieces missing from my phone after he examined the inside! I would never have known that as I don't open my phone nor would know what to look for! In conclusion, excellent fast service ideally located next to local bus stops and underground station and good value for money! Would highly recommend!
