The shop was easy to locate and on arrival the customer service was great. I left my phone there and returned 20 minutes later where my previously unable to use phone was fixed and working great. For only £70 it's such a cheap price for same day repair and a trustworthy business, I would definitely go back if I ever had any other problems.
