Absolutely no complaints - I arrived with a cracked tablet screen at around 4pm on a Friday. They said they could not guarantee a same-day repair, since they had a waiting list and repairs generally took two hours to process, but took my mobile number. I got a call at about 5:45, picked up my tablet and so far it is good as new - the screen feels the same and is just as responsive.
