Talk about a brilliant and simple service: I reserved a time slot online for the next day, I received a confirmation that they had me down and an appointment confirmation would follow.
Next day I received my confirmation on the morning, wandered in at the appropriate time and a friendly chap dealt with me explaining the repair of my Nexus 5 should be 30-40 minutes. Perfect, just time for lunch.
I went back 40 minutes later, phone happy, me happy!
