I went to Lovefone for a repair on an iphone a while back and after looking at the problem they said they couldn't fix it, however, the did fix the speaker so I could hear calls and they didn't charge me for it. So months later when my daughter needed her screen changed I took it straight to them. I arrive unannounced and I said I needed it done asap. They had it for me with in 20 minutes. Although the £70 charge is on the high side I would definitely use them next time as the service is 1st class and I really feel I can trust these guys. I've tried other places and had bad experiences.
