I was extremely impressed with the service Lovefone provided me yesterday! It was the first time I have ever shattered/broke an iPhone and was devastated that I was looking around paying £120 for a repair. I was reccommened Lovefone by a friend, so I did my research and saw all the great feedback etc. I took my phone in and explained how it fell out of its case onto the floor and by 15 minutes it was returned to me in perfect condition. The gentleman who served me amazed me by telling me I also have a 1 year warranty on my repair and advised me it is the best quality repair etc. Everyone in the store were more than professional which game me even more clarity that my IPhone 5s is in the best hands. I left the store extremely happy and went straight to social media about how amazing Lovefone was to me.
