I am very pleased with the service I have received. My phone was picked up by a courier service within 1 hour of emailing and was back, repaired that same morning.
As I had difficulty restarting my phone, I called Alex who was so patient and helpful. My phone is now working well. I would definitely recommend Lovefone for all this and also for its excellent value for money.
