Excellent service, fast and easy. I was surprised how quick it took to replace my phone battery. The website is also very nicely designed, and the primary reason I chose Lovefone over competitors was due to the simplicity and elegance of the website. The service has a fair price, and the location of the shop is good, although the banner outside the shop isn't so easy to read from a far distance (the Lovefone logo could be more distinct, like in the London Graphics Shop just up the road).
