I had the battery on my iPhone 5S replaced, in-store. Service was very quick - I was skeptical of the "15 minutes while you wait" promise on the website, but it only took 12 minutes, if that. The technician was also helpful, in that he gave me an honest and realistic view of how much extra life this battery change would give my device - IE: that the rest of the phone is still two years old, so don't expect same performance as when it was fresh from the box. As such, I was extremely happy with the service I received, and am glad I had this done properly by Lovefone rather than take the risk on performing such a repair myself.
