I couldn't believe how quick and easy the service was. My Nexus 5 was suffering from the infamous stuck power button problem. I filled out the form on the website on Sunday night and I got an email response first thing on Monday. By 11am, the courier picked up the phone directly from my office and it was returned back to me in fully working order by around 4pm. And I didn't even have to leave work! Excellent service and communication and I've been recommending it to anyone that has trouble finding time or the right place to get their phone sorted out.
