Having never used a service such as this before, and to be honest thought it all a little risky, I was not sure what to expect when i walked in off the street to ask for a screen replacement for my iphone 5s. The phone was inherited from a family friend who passed away last year so I had no paperwork or knowledge of its history. Of course this meant Apple would not do anything. Now I am 8 months pregnant the faulty screen was causing problems that left the phone unusable - not the best timing! I was amazed by not only how fast and professional Lovephone were but also by how all my phone problems were suddenly resolved in around 10 minutes! I returned to work (problem solved within my lunch break!) to find an email including my receipt, £5 off for a friend and a one year warranty! Could not ask for more. Thank you, you have a made a very pregnant lady's life a whole lot easier and a lot less stressful.
