This service is AMAZING! From the time the phone was collected, it was back with me within 1.5 hours. The cost is very competitive and for not too much more than what Apple charges, you can have the convenience of the courier service (of which the collector was very friendly and helpful).
It may be an idea for them to offer screen protectors as an additional service but other than that, I couldn't ask for more!
