I wanted to change the battery in my iPhone 4 because I care about the environment and try to make my devices last as long as possible. I didn't want to use a corner shop that would give me no warranty and the Apple Store couldn't give me an appointment for 2 weeks. Lovephone sent a courier at exactly the time I requested, took the phone away, changed the battery and returned it to me the same day. All for the same price that Apple would have charged me without any of the inconvenience. And throughout I was kept up to date with progress updates. The phone is working perfectly and I wasn't worried about data security because the phone remained locked via its passcode the whole time. I've used phone insurance in the passed that charges more in the long run and takes at least a week to turn it around. Great service!
