I was new to London and did not know where to repair my iPhone 5. I found Lovefone online, it was very easy to book an appointment and the location is easy to find, close to Goodge Street Tube Station. I came 20 minutes early for my scheduled time, but they still managed to squeeze me in early and my phone was ready in 30 minutes. Perfect for me to have a coffee while I waited in one of the many cafes and coffee shops located close to Lovefone. The staff was very friendly and the service was good. I had a great experience, and will not hesitate to use Lovefone again or recommend it to others.
