I have now had the misfortune (because I dropped my iPhone!) to use Lovefone twice. On both occasions they have been absolutely superb. The phone is received, repaired, and posted back to me on the same day - meaning that I am only without my phone for around 48 hours. Communications are regular and clear. I have had cause to use another repairer in the past and their service was extremely poor by comparison. I certainly don't intend to break the screen on my phone again, but if I do, I will be using Lovefone without hesitation. Outstanding guys......well done!
