I have used lovefone before and have always had a positive experience. This time was no exception. I turned up earlier than my booked appointment (by over 1 hour!) and they accommodated me right away. 20 mins to replace the cracked screen of my iphone 6. After having it fixed I walked away from the shop and noticed something odd on the screen I took it back they apologised replaced the screen with a new one (in 10 mins!) and also for my inconvenience gave me a screen protector for free!!
