I took my I pad to LoveFone for the repair of a broken screen. I telephoned in advance and got an appointment for the following day. The person I spoke too was knowledgable and courteous. I left my I pad at the right time and it was repaired and ready for collection at the agreed time. The price was as advertised. In order to replace the screen they had to repair a dented corner which they did without hassle and no additional charge. The repair comes with a twelve month guarantee.
