Terrific service: friendly staff, very quick, very available (drop in service if you live in London) and while not super cheap were much cheaper than Apple to fix the problem and did it while we waited. In a world where teenagers fall apart without their phones, this was a great and speedy solution and I have already recommended them to others. And I never write reviews, so I really was impressed.
