I explained the fault with my phone's camera before I went the the shop.
When I arrived , they remembered my call, and within 10 minutes, they had diagnosed the problem, and offered an immediate repair.
Half an hour later I had my phone back, working normally.
They also warned me of an incipient problem with the phone's battery, but said that I should return in a couple of months, to get it replaced, with a discount!
