I accidentally dropped my phone on the a train from Sheffield on the way to London. After a quick google I came across Lovefone and with a few simple clicks and filling out my contact details on a website that was easy to navigate I booked myself an appointment that was convenient to me and kept to my schedule. I received a text message confirming my appointment with the addition of a phone number to contact if I had any trouble. Due to train delays I was running 15 minutes late to my appointment so phoned to let them know. The lady I spoke to was very polite and reassured me that it was all okay and I should still show up. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly team who inspected my phone and discussed what they could do , the time it would take and the pricing. Within 20 minutes they had fixed my screen and solved my problem. I'd even accidentally left my card and ID in my phone case on their desk that I'd forgotten about and before I left they made I had it all in hand . The company were easy to find on google, their website was easy to navigate, their phone manner was professional and their staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Their prices were also very affordable . I would therefore give Lovefone a 10/10 rating and would recommend them to others as I had an all round fantastic experience with them .
