I walked in on a Tuesday PM and was in a hurry. Lovefone had been recommended by a friend, but I'd not made a booking online. Instead, I presented my iPhone and asked if the screen and one of the buttons could be replaced while I waited. I stressed that I had only 20 minutes. 12 minutes later I had the phone, good as new, in my hand. If I get a problem again, this is where I'll be going.
