Have used Lovefone on a number of occasions never had a problem - they have always dealt with my issue promptly and well. Its very easy to work with them - I usually pop in and they seem to be able to fit me in and deal with me quickly in fact last time I think the turn around for anew screen was 5 minutes! Have in the past couriered the phone each way to the office - again very slick and efficient - you get what you pay for - they seem to really know what they are doing - would definitely use them again and would recommend. Plus they always give me a discount!
