It was fast and friendly! And I couldn't believe my eyes that it is my phone when I got it! Also wanted to compliment you on your website - it's very clear and good-looking. My only concern is how competitive the price is - I didn't do any market research before coming but after a friend told me she had managed to get her front screen replaced for £20. Not sure if it's true but thought I'd mention it.
