Could not have been easier - scheduling the pick up for my phone was quick and easy, and my phone was picked up by the courier, repaired, and brought back to me within two hours. The new battery works great, and it was really nice to be able to track the courier online. The customer service agent I spoke with to schedule the pickup was excellent and kept me informed the entire way. I would absolutely recommend LovePhone.
