The service was very streamlined and fast. From initial booking of an appointment on the website to the quick repair at the shop just off Tottenham Court Road. 45 minutes and I have my phone back in working order. Sooo happy I didn't have to replace the entire phone as it's the best phone I've ever had. After all it was just a power button issue. I love LoveFone :)
