Even though I came in late for my appointment, the staff were extremely helpful and understanding of the fact that I had to catch a train and had only a short amount of time. It was my problem that I was late, yet they took my phone from me and installed the replacement component in a really short space of time. Also felt that it was very reasonably priced.
